This review is more about customer service than the product. I ordered the serum and it caused a reaction to my skin the first several times I applied it. I reached out via email to see what my options were and I received a detailed email explaining the products testing process and then a generous offer at the end to let me try another serum instead to see if it works better and some other Found active goodies to be sent to me also to try to make it better. Sounded great to me, I responded and explained it might just be my skin and I would love to take them up on their offer. Followed by - NO RESPONSE or follow through. No offer of refund, no new products to try in the mail, no response at all before getting an email to share my feedback, so here it is!
